Russia blocks access for international monitoring missions and refuses to disclose information about the children’s whereabouts. This is not only a blatant violation of international law — it is a deliberate crime against the future of Ukraine.
In response to this challenge, the Bring Kids Back UA, initiative was launched by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in 2023. Our mission is to bring home every child abducted by Russia — unconditionally and without exception.

WHAT WE DO
DATA REGISTER
Identifying, verifying, and documenting cases of stolen children, including cases of forcible transfers and deportations from temporarily occupied territories, as well as situations of risk of deportation.
Returning Children
We are developing and implementing return mechanisms in close cooperation with international partners and civil society actors on the ground.
Reintegration & Rehabilitation
Once home, children receive psychological and social support, access to education, healthcare, and recreational programs, helping them rebuild their lives. For children who have lost their parents due to the war, we ensure they find a loving, supportive family in Ukraine.
International Advocacy
We expose Russia’s war crimes against Ukrainian children and mobilize the international community to take action to restore the rights of the children.
Justice
We document and report Russia’s crimes against children, working closely with Ukrainian and international institutions, the International Criminal Court.
